Check-ins typically take place via video call or phone call (depending on your preference). During these sessions, we’ll discuss your progress, address challenges, adjust your workout or nutrition plan, and set goals for the next phase of your training.

Our nutrition guidance focuses on healthy, sustainable eating habits that support your fitness goals. You’ll receive personalized tips, meal ideas, and best practices for fueling your workouts. (Please note we do not provide medical advice—always consult with a healthcare professional for specific dietary needs.)

Once you sign up, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to download and log into our training app. If you’ve selected the Silver package, you’ll have basic access, while Gold and Platinum package members enjoy full app functionality, including workout tracking, progress monitoring, and in-app messaging.

For Gold and Platinum members, our 24/7 chat support allows you to reach out to our coaching team anytime through the app’s messaging feature. Whether you have a quick question about form, need motivation, or want to share a milestone, we’re here to help around the clock.

You can complete many of our workouts with minimal or no equipment. However, if you have access to a gym or home workout gear (like dumbbells or resistance bands), we can tailor your program to make the most of your resources.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade as your needs change. Just reach out to you trainer, and we’ll guide you through the process and adjust your billing accordingly.

We do not offer refunds for any of our packages. However, you can cancel future payments at any time by notifying your trainer, who will process the cancellation for you. If you have any questions about our policy or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team.
